Two bottles each containing 375 ml of Royal Stage Whisky were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that he happens to be under custody since 27.08.2016 furthermore, as is evident from para-3 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Vijay Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City in connection with C.B. Case No.53/2016.
