2. The application is reported to be delayed by 2 months 24 days.

3. We have considered the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application and we find that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the review application. The delay is condoned and the review application shall be treated to be within time.

4. I.A. No. 1 of 2019 stands allowed accordingly. Re: Civil Review No. 119 of 2019 Learned counsel for the applicant has moved this review application who was not the earlier counsel, nonetheless, we have heard him and we find that there is no error apparent on the face of record. The applicant contends that the advisories that have been referred in the subsequent judgments of this Court should also be read in favour of the applicant and appropriate directions be issued.

2. We are not inclined to entertain this application so as to find any error in our earlier judgment as it reflects a fresh cause of action without prejudice to the rights of the
