The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 576 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 383, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has been arrested merely on suspicion.

It is alleged in the written report that while the informant was coming to school after withdrawing an amount of Rs. one lacs he saw five persons were following him. In the meantime, two persons cut his bag and took out the cash and handed over the same to other persons. The people of the locality apprehended two persons who disclosed their name as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76330 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Roushan Kumar Nut (petitioner ) and Sintu Gawala. It has been submitted that there is no recovery of any amount from possession of this petitioner .

Petitioner is in custody since 25.9. 2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Saran (Chapra), in connection with Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 576 of 2018, G.R. No. 8770/18 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
