The application challenges order dated 06.09.2012 passed by the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya dismissing the limitation petition of the petitioner for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

Mr. Upadhayay, appearing for the respondent State, submits that the claim of the petitioner is that in the year 2007, she was selected for her engagement as Anganwari Sewika. Referring to the Guidelines of such selection of Anganwari Sewika, it is submitted that the engagement is for fixed tenure on payment of honorarium. Since then, more than 09 years have lapsed.
