JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected along with other accused persons by this Court vide order dated 4.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 13151 of 2018. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady and as such she has prayed for anticipatory bail again.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit along with other accused persons, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

However, if petitioner surrenders within a further period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77348 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 below on the basis of materials available on record. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
