Petitioner is an accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 875 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2019.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is the main culprit of the incident. He was caught on the Spot. Hence, he does not deserve the privilege of bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
