JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, commanding the respondents to implement Saakshar Bharat Scheme 2012 for selection of Prerak and Coordinator in the Panchayat of the petitioner in view of the letter dated 02.03.2011 issued by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16231 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 Chief Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Govt. of Bihar vide letter No. 402 since the said scheme has already been implemented in other Block/Panchayat of the District of Banka and or issuance of any other consequential writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
