JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 12-07-2023 The present MJC-contempt petition is filed for noncompliance of the orders of this Court dated 24.01.2022.

2. Perusal of the orders of this Court, there is no positive direction to undertake particular action by the opposite parties. On the other hand, the petitioner was permitted to

Patna High Court MJC No.679 of 2022(4) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 approach the opposite parties in filing representation. If such representation is filed, the concerned authority was directed to decide the same within a period of four weeks' from the presentation of the representation.

3. The opposite parties have complied the orders of this Court while passing order on 27.07.2022, and it has been placed on record as Annexure-B to the show-cause. Therefore, we are of the view that the orders of this Court has been complied. If the petitioner's feels aggrieved by the order of compliance dated 27.07.2022, he/firm is at liberty to question the validity of aforesaid order, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present MJC-contempt petition stands dropped.
