JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application is being filed against the impugned order dated 16.02.2024 passed by Respondent no.4 the Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Supaul by which illegally and erroneously direction was given to Respondent no.6 for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6197 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 sending the report of working period as Panchayat Teacher in Middle School Dubiyahi to District Programme Officer Establishment for payment of salary otherwise order will be given for departmental proceeding against him. It is further directed to District Programme Officer (Establishment), Supaul for compliance of order dated 16.02.2024 within 15 days and the report of compliance order must be sent to the appellate authority within 15 days illegally and erroneously."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal, Patna for the purposes of assailing the order dated 16.02.2024, passed by the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Presiding Officer, District Appellate Authority, Supaul. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
