The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the Petitioner's name was disclosed in the confessional statement of the co-accused, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari.
