Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15.10.2015 passed in this case by this Court, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but due to typographical error in the 7-8th line of 4th paragraph of the said order in place of "Complaint Case No.1836 of 2005", "Complaint Case No.1836 of 2015" has been typed whereas in the 9th line of the said paragraph of the said order, in place of "year 2015", "year 2011" has been typed.

No.47035 of 2015 (4) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 In that view of the matter, the order dated 15.10.2015 passed in this case by this Court is modified to the extent that in the 7-8th line of 4th paragraph of the said order, "Complaint Case No.1836 of 2015" be read as "Complaint Case No.1836 of 2005" and in the 9th line of the said paragraph of the said order, "year 2011" be read as "year 2015".

Let this order be communicated to the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No.1072 of 2015.
