Considering the nature of the allegation in consonance with the period of detention, petitioner Ram Ratan Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul in connection with Raxaul P.S. case no. 88 of 2016 subject to condition that the arms which have been seized from the possession of the petitioner and for which, Raxaul P.S. case no. 89 of 2016 has been registered separately should not be released till conclusion of the trial and further, the authenticity of the licence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50925 of 2016 (3) dt.07-12-2016 standing in the name of the petitioner should also be properly verified during intermediary period.
