In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to interfere with an order refusing the petitioner's prayer for grant of ex parte interim relief. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue before the Tribunal expeditious disposal of the main application which is pending before the Tribunal.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
