2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . The petitioner is alleged to have attempted to obtain appointment on the post of Gramin Dak Sewak on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate .
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner, the certificates submitted by him has been declared forged and fabricated. Moreover, petitioner has not been appointed, and during investigation itself the candidature of petitioner has been dismissed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the petitioner has not been appointed as yet, clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 6 Motihari East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
