This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.C-1/1544/17 for the offences under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Case is under Section 498(A) of the IPC. Since both the parties have appeared and the petitioner is ready to keep her and a panchayati was also held.

Learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 has also no objection in residing with the petitioner if she is allowed to live with dignity and care.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner

No.21375 of 2019(3) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 surrender on 8.7.2019 before the learned court below and on that day O.P.no.2 shall also remain present there and further on filing an affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her with dignity and care and will take her from the court itself, he will be granted provisional bail for a period of six month and during that period, the learned court below shall watch the conduct of both the parties by calling them in the court in the first week of each month and once being satisfied with conduct of both the parties especially the conduct of the petitioner, the provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders, as he deems fit and proper including cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner.
