The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.76 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Petitioners were seen running away from place of occurrence after seeing the police and the police recovered illicit liquor. Petitioner no.1 has criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
