ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 342/323/324/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly an altercation took pace at the house of one Babu Lal Rai over wearing of footwears which worsen to the extent that there was some brick-batting and in which the informant's side received injury. It is further submitted that the offence is of petty nature and there was no pre-meditation but having occurred on the spur of the moment. He submits that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

No.48233 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2016 P2/2 Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.98/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
