JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 By way of present modification application, petitioner seeks to modify the order 18.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16842 of 2017, vide which this petitioner along with five other petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner was living in Surat, she could not surrender before the court below within the period prescribed and, therefore, prayed that she may be allowed further period of two weeks to surrender in the court below and is ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this is a willful disobedience on the part of the petitioner to not comply the direction of this court, however, since the petitioner is a lady,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27886 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 she is allowed last opportunity to surrender before the court below on or before 24.06.2017, failing which this order will be of no effect.
