JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused Kali Nut and Nanhki Nut who have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 series. He further submits that the petitioner's case is on better footing and as such he deserves bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact including the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77361 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S.
