JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State has referred to the decision taken by the State Sentence Remission Board, Bihar, Patna, in its meeting held on 20.02.2020, which has been annexed as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit filed in the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid decision of the State Sentence Remission Board, Bihar, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
