The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patna G.R.P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 328 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.12.2018. He further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that till date he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be

No.22336 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with Patna G.R.P.S.
