The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent Authorities to conduct a medical test of the Respondent No. 9 to determine her age as the same has not been mentioned clearly in her certificates;

ii) To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.6487 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to restrain the Respondent No. 9 from filing cases against the Petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Sevika as the Petitioner was appointed after due process and after the termination of Respondent No. 9."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
