Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.

From the written report itself, it is evident that dispute has arisen on account of switching off the energy on the ground of default persisting in the transmission line. Apart from this, there happens to be omnibus allegations. That being so, petitioner, Bachcha Singh @ Satish Kumar Singh, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Sheohar PS Case No. 131/2014, subject to the condition as enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
