Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/342/395/427/436 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17(2) of the C.L.A. Act. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has already allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4105 of 2015 on 30.01.2015.
