2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023 instituted under Sections 385, 387 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of demanding extortion. He is accused in seven more cases.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent and the serious allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27505 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 petitioner.
