The present writ application has been filed directing the respondent no. 3 to make payment amount of to the tune of Rs. 2,07,554/- to the petitioner, which he has incurred for the treatment of his wife, by way of medical reimbursement with the statutory and payment of interest. Counter affidavit has been filed in this case.
Counsel for the State has categorically submitted that the amount vide Annexure-B Rs. 1,79,490/- has been reimbursed as well as vide Annexure-A Rs. 22,567/- has been reimbursed, for both the husband and the wife.
Patna High Court CWJC No. 8318 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits to dispose off this writ application. This writ petition is disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner is aggrieved from the said payment then may file a fresh representation and his representation shall be disposed off within 4 weeks by the authority (Respondent No. 3).
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
