Senior Counsels are representing the petitioner as well as the intervenor - respondent. Mr. Kamlesh Kishore Sinha represents respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Mr. Kamlesh Kishore, AC to Standing Counsel No. 12 is appearing for the State.
Some arguments were advanced on merits of the claim. The Data Management Services of the State Health Society admittedly is now outsourced to the newly added private respondent. In view thereof learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would approach the private respondent in respect of their claim for being allowed to work as Data Entry Operator. The issue therefore has to be considered by the intervenor - respondent. Mr. Chitranjan Sinha, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the private respondent, submits that as per requirement, and maintaining parity with other similarly situated as the petitioners, who were earlier discharging the duties of Data Management Services, the claim of the petitioners would be considered. In view of such consensus between the parties no adjudication is called for.
