2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code,

The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 29.05.2024 at around 8 PM, when the informant along with his uncle, namely Bhedi Yadav and cousin, namely Maheshwar Yadav, had gone to attend funeral feast at house of one Bhagat Sharma and while returning, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24295 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/3 these petitioners, armed with weapons, came there and surrounded them and thereafter, it is alleged that co-accused Div Mangal Yadav and Amar Yadav assaulted informant, his uncle and his cousin.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against other coaccused persons. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is absolutely no accusation of assault against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
