JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 The present application has been filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 809 C of 2013 wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui. Since the application has already stood dismissed against opposite party no.2 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 30.03.2015, hence, no useful purpose will be served in allowing the application to survive only against state of Bihar. Hence, the whole application is dismissed.
