Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27952 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 Complaint Case No. 3533 of 2012 and entire criminal proceeding against all accused, including the petitioner A.K. Shrivastava @ Anil Kumar Shrivastava.

On going through the impugned order, I find no any reason to modify the order dated 09.02.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11385 of 2013. Therefore, this application is dismissed.
