JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 599 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police on information that some miscreants are standing in suspicious condition near SBI ATM and police arrested the petitioner from the spot and one person succeeded in fleeing away and from the possession of the petitioner one motorcycle with changed number plate has been recovered.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is a student, having no criminal antecedent and he had gone to

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Amjad/- U T
