This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No.540 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., there is recovery of one knife from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 20.12.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24349 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.540 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Turkauliya Police Station, District- East Champaran, Motihari on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
