Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of commission of firearm injury to Nawal Choudhary is against co-accused Rajesh Choudhary and Ram Pukar Singh as a result whereof Nawal Choudhary died. The petitioner was member of the unlawful assembly and allegation is of conspiracy to commit the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
