The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 118 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of some of the accused persons, who have been arrested in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76532 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 clean antecedents of the petitioner, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 118 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
