The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.675 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Gaura Chauhan @ Gauri Shankar Chauhan. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.2, namely, Gaura Chauhan @ Gauri Shankar Chauhan is concerned.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32844 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 So far as petitioner no.1, namely, Fula Devi is concerned, considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against her, her application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Fula Devi, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.675 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
