Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this court but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that in course of trial, informant has not supported the prosecution case and moreover, having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by another bench of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also with an object to maintain parity of justice, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Begusarai in sessions trial no. 545/2016 arising out of Cheraiya Bariyarpur P.S. Case no. 32/2016.
