JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by judgment dated 27.09.2016 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1699 of 2013 (Kranti Kanak & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors.)

Patna High Court CWJC No.8892 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 3/3 Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents states that the case of the petitioners shall be examined by the respondent no. 5.

Accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty to file representation within a period of four weeks from today, annexing a copy of the aforesaid judgment dated 27.09.2016, before the respondent no. 5, who shall examine the case of the petitioners and in case it is found that the case of the petitioners are similar to the case of the appellants of the aforesaid judgment rendered in the case of Kranti Kanak (supra), similar benefits would be granted to them. The entire exercise is required to be completed by the respondent no. 5 within a period of eight weeks of the filing of the representation by the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
