2. State counsel accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 7.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondents for payment of salary of demotion of the promoted post of clerk and M.C.P. of the petitioner and further be direction to respondents and authority concerned to consider the matter of the petitioner. The petitioner further

In respect of petitioner's prayer he had submitted representation on 04.01.2020 and it is pending consideration before the 2nd Respondent-The Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Health Medical Education and Family Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna, therefore, the 2nd Respondent-The Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Health Medical Education and Family Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's grievance within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order while passing a speaking order. If petitioner is eligible, necessary monetary benefits shall be calculated and disbursed.

5. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed off.
