Having regard to the fact that learned counsel for the petitioner alleges committing of contempt by the Director-in-chief of Health Services of not promoting the petitioner and that this Court has specifically in its order dated 19.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C No. 13623 of 2013, had gone to hold that the petitioner was not entitled for such promotion, there would be hardly any scope for initiating proceeding of contempt against the
Patna High Court MJC No.87 of 2014 (2) dt.04-05-2015 opposite parties.
That being so, this writ application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
