The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For commanding and directing to the concerned Respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for empanelment for appointment on class - IV post as he has been working as Ummidvar on daily wages in sprinkling D.D.T.

(ii) For commanding and directing to the concerned Respondents to give priority in selection for the post of class IV employees on the basis of letter issued by the government of Bihar contained in Annexure - 1."

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to
