Petitioner, a shop keeper has been alleged by the informant, a representative of Dabar India Limited Company, was indulged in selling of Dabar Gulabari, which was fake one and on account thereof, petitioner is under custody since 06.09.2016, having no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Anurag Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.
