The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No.142 of 2022 registered under Section 376D(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Sections 66(D)(E)/67(A) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged after fifteen days of the alleged occurrence. The daughter of the petitioner had earlier lodged a complaint case against the present informant and his family members in which they appeared and filed a compromise petition, vide Annexure 2 and 2/A. Moreso, the daughter and the wife of the petitioner after knowing about false implication of the petitioner, filed representation before the higher authority for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24815 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 proper investigation of the case, vide Annexure 3 series to the bail petition. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S.
