====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed for restoration of M.J.C.No. 3073 of 2014, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 31.01.2017. M.J.C.No.3073 of 2014 was filed for transfer of Matrimonial(Divorce) Case No.5329 of 2014.

By order dated 31.01.2017, while directing for issuance of notice to Opp.Party, a peremptory order was passed for filing requisites etc. within two weeks and it was also directed to stay further proceeding in Matrimonial Case. Without any plausible explanation, the present restoration petition has been filed on 26.03.2019, whereas

Patna High Court MJC No.1284 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 M.J.C.No.3073 of 2014 stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order, which was passed long back on 31.01.2017.

I do not find any ground to entertain the restoration petition. The restoration petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U
