JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 10-07-2018 This appeal has been filed by the sole appellant, Tripurari Kuer, son of Kedar Nath Kuer, challenging his conviction ordered by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea, in Sessions Trial No.482 of 1993 on 30th September, 1994. While hearing the matter, as the appellant was not appearing, this Court directed the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, to get the whereabouts of the appellant and to submit a report. Now a report has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, vide his communication dated 26.04.2018 along with documents certifying that the sole appellant Tripurari Kuer has died 11 years back and the certificates of the Gram Panchayat and other authorities have been forwarded along with the

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.570 of 1994 (9) dt.10-07-2018 communication.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, as the sole appellant has now died, this appeal is disposed off as having abated in view of the death of the sole appellant.
