The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 363 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The victim made allegation that while she was going on an auto all the petitioners de-boarded her and Chote Singh the petitioner no. 1 committed rape with her with help of petitioner nos. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a series of litigation between the victim's husband and the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46350 of 2014 (3) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 victim made specific allegation of committing rape against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
