Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 47(a)/57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Thirty bottles of Nepali liquor were recovered from the separate motorcycle each of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 07.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
