The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chainpur P.S. case No. 65 of 2017 under Section 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioners and one Parichhit Rajbhar and alleged that all the three accused persons assaulted the informant and his brother and snatched Rs. 10,000/- from the possession of brother of informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are shop keepers and they have falsely been implicated in the case but it appears that petitioners assaulted the informant and his brother and also snatched money. The opinion with regard

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
