JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.12.2022, passed in Malsalami P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021 by learned S.D.J.M., Patna City by which the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled.

By the impugned order, the bail-bond of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to participate in the proceedings and no useful purpose will be served by sending him to jail when he was already on Bail.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed and the impugned order dated 16.12.2022 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27757 of 2023(2) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 Malsalami P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City is hereby quashed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the proceedings of the Court below.
