An allegation has been attributed by the informant against the petitioner and others to have house trespassed and then, after tying her, took away Seema Devi.
It is apparent from the written report that no age of the victim, Seema Devi has been disclosed and during course of her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she disclosed herself to a consenting party and that being so as is evident from para-57, 58 and 59 of the supplementary case diary dated 22.12.2014, she has been released and residing at her Sasural and that being so, petitioner, namely, Mani Bhushan Rai @ Mani Bhushan, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47927 of 2014 (3) dt.05-05-2015 the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Adapur PS case no. 98/2012, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
