The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself and the information regarding her death was very much given to the informant.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner being husband of the deceased is very much responsible to take care of his wife and there is allegation of illegal demand of dowry against the petitioner and other family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.621 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 members, and so he opposes the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.
